Main Street

This is Main Street as seen from the post office front parking lot. The park from the other day is to the right. The business part of town is only a few blocks long and begins just past the pine on the left. We have one blinking light in town but it is NOT on Main Street. Some of the businesses are empty.

This is the road in front of my house. Typical small town details include narrow streets (cars passing each other have to drive with one side in the grass), large old-growth trees, and the occasional building. The building is our police and fire station. Oddly, I don't hear a lot of sirens.
