Heart disease is the NUMBER ONE killer of women in the USA. Eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, and cultivate social relationships (make friends!); these will help save your heart. I know because I have CAD, coronary artery disease.

Roses in spring
Spring means flowers. Everything is coming up green. These roses are in my mother's side yard. This bush blooms for quite a while. At my house all the trees have leaves and the grass is bright green. It is lovely at this time of year.
