Heart disease is the NUMBER ONE killer of women in the USA. Eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, and cultivate social relationships (make friends!); these will help save your heart. I know because I have CAD, coronary artery disease.

Pink
On my walk the other night I saw this plant. The rain has brought a lot of color to this little town; much of it is in this kind of plant. I especially like the brightness of it next to the darkness of the night. Love what a flash can do!

Yes this is quite inspiring. I don't use flash much, I don't like the overexposure it can often produce but this is just perfect!
Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, I have a cold and am not feeling the greatest.
I like the picture of the flowers. They are among some of my favorite things. It is such a lovely pink, and pink is one of my favorite colors. lol...
