Heart disease is the NUMBER ONE killer of women in the USA. Eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, and cultivate social relationships (make friends!); these will help save your heart. I know because I have CAD, coronary artery disease.

I will bet that most people in town have no idea this stone exists. And that is sad. It is located in the city park next to the post office. I haven't touched it, yet.
I will be posting some other pictures from this park in the days to come.
