This was today's breakfast. Not too many days ago a small trailer appeared near the liquor store. The man there sells breakfast burritos and lunch plates like tacos and beans. This burrito of chorizo, eggs, potatoes and cheese cost $2 and is quite filling! Bremond has two full time restaurants, three gas stations with mini marts, one every-other-weekend bbq place, and now this burrito-taco stand (there is no seating.) No McDonald's, no Wal-Mart. This is small town Texas (not even a Dairy Queen!)

It looks very tasty. And for $2.00, that's not a bad price. We often go to Subway for lunch and get their $5.00, 12 inch Sub. It is just enough for the two of us.
Congrats on conveying just what it's like to live in your small Texas town, Wren. It's 180° from my own experience in NYC, and I love seeing the difference!
Thank you Alexa! I enjoy NYC when I visit in the summer (only for 2 day though!)
Gramma Ann, Subway sounds good! The nearest one is 30 miles or more away.
